Outside work, Sarah is on the finance committee of Canberra Girls Grammar. This is a chance for her to contribute her financial skills. It also reflects her values in seeing girls receive a supportive education.

Glenn O’Sullivan
Principal

Glenn specialises in integrating accounting advice into sound business management. He’s particularly dedicated to helping family businesses succeed, by facilitating honest conversations.
Outside work, Glenn is an avid fisherman — when he can find the time in between supporting community organisations and sitting on the board of his local footy club.

Ray King
Principal

Ray brings experience in financial reporting and business planning, with special expertise in accounting IT systems. He’s set up many of SPA’s internal systems, and offers that same expertise to our clients. Outside work, Ray coaches kids soccer, and still gets on the field himself when the mood strikes.

Katrina Colley
Principal

With more than 25 years’ experience in business and tax advisory, Katrina works alongside business owners who want more than compliance — they want clarity, confidence and a plan for the future. She provides practical, commercially focused advice across tax strategy, business growth and succession planning, supporting clients to make informed decisions at every stage of their journey.

Often described as a strategic sounding board, Katrina sees her role as a trusted adviser and long-term partner. She helps clients step back from the day-to-day, define what success looks like for them, and put the right structures in place to achieve it.

Katrina is passionate about seeing her clients succeed — whether that means building a stronger, more profitable business, navigating a smooth succession, or achieving the freedom they originally set out to create.

Renee Pellerano
Senior Manager

Renee manages our clients’ portfolios to make sure everything is in order, from compliance to accounting needs. Renee works part-time, and has a young family, so being organised is doubly important. Outside work, Renee enjoys travelling interstate for family and overseas for adventure — and sleep, when she can find it!

Ethan Bartlett
Senior Manager

Ethan keeps our client portfolios running smoothly, using his organisational skills to keep compliance and accounting up-to-date and on track. He also is often recruited to help solve IT problems around the office, but only after they’ve turned it off and on again. Outside work, you’d find Ethan planning his next travel adventure or playing a good-old fashioned game of golf.

Jess Spence
Senior Manager

Jess is a Senior Manager who enjoys working closely with clients to provide practical, tailored advice and help them feel in control of their finances. Known for her approachable nature and strong technical skills, she takes pride in delivering clear and effective solutions.

Outside of work, Jess is a passionate equestrian and regularly competes in horse events. Her dedication and focus in the arena are reflected in her professional life, where she brings the same energy and attention to detail to every client relationship.

Shirin Mann
Manager

Shirin Mann has been a valued member of the SPA Accounting & Advisory team for many years, and her recent relocation to Hong Kong marks an exciting new chapter in her career. Known for her exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, Shirin is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with precision. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have earned her the trust of clients, making her a key asset to the firm.

Jakob Rathouski
Manager

Jakob has been part of the SPA Accounting team for over six years and was recently promoted to Manager. Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, he enjoys working closely with clients to help them better understand their numbers and achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Jakob is a keen soccer fan and a talented musician, having even recorded and released his own music. He brings the same creativity and dedication to both his personal and professional life, and values the strong relationships he’s built with clients and colleagues alike.
